Modified T Cells, Chemotherapy, and Aldesleukin With or Without LV305 and CMB305 in Treating Participants...
HLA-A*0201 Positive Cells PresentNY-ESO-1 Positive Tumor Cells Present2 moreThis phase I trial studies how well autologous NY-ESO-1-specific CD8-positive T lymphocytes (modified T lymphocytes [T cells]), chemotherapy, and aldesleukin with or without dendritic cell-targeting lentiviral vector ID-LV305 (LV305) and immunotherapeutic combination product CMB305 (CMB305) work in treating participants with sarcoma that has spread to other places in the body (advanced) or that has come back (recurrent). Modified T cells used in this study are taken from participants, are changed in a laboratory, and may "kill" some types of tumor cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Cyclophosphamide may help the body get ready to receive the modified T cells. Interleukins, such as aldesleukin, are proteins made by white blood cells and other cells in the body and may help regulate immune response. LV305 and CMB305 may help stimulate the immune system. Giving modified T cells, chemotherapy, aldesleukin, LV305, and CMB305 may work better in treating participants with sarcoma.

M7824 in People With Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis
Recurrent Respiratory PapillomatosisRespiratory Papillomatosis3 moreBackground: Programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-L1) is a protein on the surface of cells. It regulates if a cell can be killed by immune system cells. It is thought to be able to affect the immune system response to diseased cells like those infected with a virus. The molecule M7824 interferes with the activity of PD-L1. It could help the immune system kill cells infected with a virus . Since recurrent respiratory papillomatosis is caused by a virus infection, this molecule could help. Objective: To see if M7824 works in treating recurrent respiratory papillomatosis. Eligibility: Adults ages 18 years or older with recurrent respiratory papillomatosis Design: Participants will be screened with: Medical history Physical exam Blood and pregnancy tests Endoscopy procedure in clinic. A small tube with a camera will look at the inside of the nose, throat, larynx, and upper windpipe. Some participants will also be screened with a chest scan. At the start of the study, participants will: Have a sedated endoscopy procedure where biopsies will be taken. Have blood tests. Have apheresis. Blood will be collected by a tube in an arm vein. A machine will remove white blood cells. The rest of the blood will be returned into an arm vein. Fill out a voice questionnaire. Participants will get the study molecule into a vein over about 1 hour. They will get it every other week for up to 12 weeks. Participants will repeat screening and starting procedures throughout the study. They will also review side effects and any medicine they are taking. When they are done with the study treatment, participants will be evaluated by repeating the study procedures. They may be evaluated periodically until their disease progresses.

Sildenafil Citrate in Early Unexplained Recurrent Pregnancy Loss
MiscarriageRecurrentRecurrent unexplained spontaneous miscarriage (RSM) is defined as three consecutive pregnancy loss prior to 20 weeks from the last menstrual period. 1% to 2% of women experience RSM. Treatment of URSM is a challenging issue. The currently available lines of treatment according to simplicity of use, reliability and degree of invasiveness include corticosteroids, sildenafil citrate, aspirin, heparin and immunoglobulins (besides good antenatal care), but up to now there are no prospective randomized studies, powerful enough, to determine a significant difference between these therapeutic protocols, with any of the above mentioned pharmacological agents. Sildenafil Citrate (Viagra®), a vasodilator, is also described as an anti-inflammatory agent. While improving uterine blood flow in the proliferative phase, NO may have detrimental effects at the level of the endometrium during the implantation window. The NO- mediated release of cytokines such as tumour necrosis factor- from activated natural killer cells has been implicated as a cause of implantation failure. Based on these observations, this study attempts was made to study uterine arteries and sub-endometrial blood flow during the luteal phase in normal fertile women and in patients with Unexplained recurrent miscarriage

Can Recurrence of Hamartomas be Prevented?
Airway ObstructionHamartoma of LungBackground. Recently, treatment of endobronchial hamartomas with interventional bronchoscopic methods has become possible. Although there are several reports of therapeutic benefits, the protocol of administration varies between centers and high recurrence rates continue to be a problem. In this study, the investigators aimed to show that cryotherapy applied to the root of the bronchial wall after removal of the intraluminal portion of endobronchial hamartoma with interventional bronchoscopic methods can prevent recurrences. Methods. Between 2012 and 2016, the treatment outcomes and long-term follow-up data of 21 consecutive patients with symptomatic endobronchial hamartomas treated by interventional bronchoscopic methods were prospectively recorded. After debulking, cryotherapy was applied to the root of the bronchial wall of all lesions. The data were analyzed retrospectively.

Daratumumab and Donor Lymphocyte Infusion in Treating Participants With Relapsed Acute Myeloid Leukemia...
Minimal Residual DiseaseRecurrent Acute Myeloid Leukemia With Myelodysplasia-Related Changes2 moreThis phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of donor lymphocyte infusions when given together with daratumumab and to see how well they work in treating participants with acute myeloid leukemia that has come back after a stem cell transplant. A donor lymphocyte infusion is a type of therapy in which lymphocytes (white blood cells) from the blood of a donor are given to a participant who has already received a stem cell transplant from the same donor. The donor lymphocytes may kill remaining cancer cells. Monoclonal antibodies, such as daratumumab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving daratumumab and donor white blood cells may work better in treating participants with acute myeloid leukemia.
