Maraviroc Efficacy for Hepatitis C
Hepatitis CHuman Immunodeficiency VirusThis is a single-site, longitudinal, open-label, interventional study for evaluating the effect of maraviroc on hepatitis C viral levels in patients infected with both hepatitis C and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and taking antiretroviral therapy for HIV.

Efficacy and Safety of Danoprevir/r + PR 12week Triple Therapy in Treatment Naive Non-Cirrhotic...
Chronic Hepatitis CThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Ritonavir-boosted ASC08 (Danoprevir) in Combination with Peg-IFN and RBV in Treatment-Naive Non-Cirrhotic Patients Who Have Chronic Hepatitis Genotype 1.

Chronic Hepatitis CThis clinical study will evaluate whether grazoprevir and elbasvir is efficacious, safe, and well-tolerated in peginterferon alfa plus ribavirin experienced patients who inject drugs (PWID) and men who sex with men (MSM) with genotype 1 HCV and HIV co-infection.

Ledipasvir/Sofosbuvir in Adults With Chronic Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) Infection Who Are on Dialysis...
Hepatitis C Virus InfectionThe primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the safety, efficacy and tolerability of treatment with ledipasvir/sofosbuvir (LDV/SOF) in adults with chronic HCV infection who are on dialysis for ESRD.

Treating Hepatitis C in CRF Using Sofosbuvir and Daclatasvir
Hepatitis CChronic1 moreSofosbuvir is the base of most treatment regimens for hepatitis C. In patients with renal failure the blood level of one of its metabolites (GS-331007) rises up to 20 folds. Although no particular adverse event has been linked to this metabolite sofosbuvir is not recommended for patients with renal failure mainly because of lack of data. Nevertheless there are anecdotal reports and small studies proving the safety of sofosbuvir in renal failure. This study addresses this lack of information by evaluating the safety and efficacy of sofosbuvir and daclatasvir in treating hepatitis C in 100 patients with renal failure.

Sofosbuvir/Velpatasvir Fixed Dose Combination for 12 Weeks in Adults With Chronic Hepatitis C Virus...
Hepatitis C Virus InfectionThe primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of treatment with sofosbuvir/velpatasvir (SOF/VEL) fixed-dose combination (FDC) for 12 weeks in adults with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection.

Study to Investigate the Efficacy of Elbasvir/Grazoprevir Fixed-Dose Combination for 8 Weeks in...
Chronic HCV InfectionA Phase 3, Global, Multicenter, Open-Label Study to Investigate the Efficacy of Elbasvir/Grazoprevir Fixed-Dose Combination for 8 Weeks in Treatment-Naïve, HCV GT1b-Infected Patients, with non-severe fibrosis The primary objectives of this study are as follows: To evaluate the efficacy of Elbasvir/Grazoprevir Fixed-Dose Combination for 8 Weeks in Treatment-Naïve, HCV GT1b-Infected Patients, with non- severe fibrosis as measured by the proportion of subjects with sustained viral response 12 weeks after cessation of treatment (SVR 12). To evaluate the safety and tolerability of EBV/GZR treatment The secondary objectives of this study are as follows: To determine the proportion of subjects who attain SVR at 4 and 24 weeks after cessation of treatment (SVR4 and SVR24) To evaluate the proportion of subjects with virologic failure To evaluate the kinetics of circulating HCV RNA during treatment and after cessation of treatment. To evaluate the emergence of viral resistance to EBV/GZR during treatment and after cessation of treatment

Simplifying Hepatitis C Antiviral Therapy in Rwanda for Elsewhere in the Developing World
Chronic Hepatitis CThe main purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of a medication, ledipasvir/sofosbuvir (LDV/SOF), used to treat individuals with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) in Rwandan adults. A sub-cohort of participants will have limited laboratory monitoring to determine the minimum laboratory tests necessary.

Efficacy and Safety of Elbasvir (MK-8742) + Grazoprevir (MK-5172) in Treatment-Naïve/Treatment-Experienced...
Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) InfectionThe purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of 8 and 12 weeks of treatment with a fixed dose combination (FDC) of elbasvir (EBR) 50 mg + grazoprevir (GZR) 100 mg (i.e., MK-5172A) as assessed by the percentage of participants with hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype (GT) 4 infection that achieve sustained virologic response (HCV ribonucleic acid [RNA] < Lower Limit of Quantification [LLOQ]) 12 weeks after the end of study therapy (SVR12). This study also evaluated the safety and tolerability of EBR/GZR.

Harvoni Treatment Porphyria Cutanea Tarda
Porphyria Cutanea TardaHepatitis CIn the medical literature there case reports that Harvoni improves symptoms in patients with PCT. However, this has never been systematically tested. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess whether Harvoni alone is an effective therapy of active PCT in patients with Chronic Hepatitis C.
