Hepatocellular CarcinomaClinical research of Yang Yin Fu Zheng Jie Du therapy in recurrence of Hepatocellular Carcinoma less than 3 cm in diameter. The purpose of this study is to observe the efficacy of routine medical care combined with Yang Yin Fu Zheng Jie Du therapy in 1 year recurrence for patients belong to Hepatocellular Carcinoma less than 3 cm in diameter.

Prospective Cohort Study on the Determinants of Venous THromboembolic Recurrence
Thromboembolic Venous DiseaseThe main objective of the BREIZH-Cohorte study is to determine the incidence of recurrent short, medium and long-term thromboembolic venous disease as well as risk factors for recurrence in two specific populations: patients under 50 years of age, men and women (5 year recurrence), as well as cancer patients (all ages) (1 year recurrence).

Study of Pidotimod in Children With Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections (RRI)
Recurrent Respiratory Tract InfectionsThe purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of pidotimod as treatment in participants with recurrent respiratory tract infections.

CRANIO-CAUDAL AND LATERAL APPROACH FOR RECURRENT LARYNGEAL NERVE
Recurrent Laryngeal Nerve InjuriesThe recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN) dissection should be performed cranio-caudally in TOETVA approach. The aim of this study was to compare the cranio-caudal and lateral approach for RLN dissection in regard with the rates of LOS during conventional thyroidectomy using continuous intraoperative nerve monitoring (CIONM).

Danshu Capsule and Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsule in Preventing Recurrence of Choledocholithiasis...
CholedocholithiasisRecurrence[objective] to compare the efficacy of Danshu capsule and ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) in preventing recurrence of choledocholithiasis after operation. [methods] one hundred and fifty ERCP patients with choledocholithiasis were randomly divided into two groups: Danshu group (n = 75) and UDCA group (n = 75). The Danshu group took 2 Danshu capsules three times a day, and the UDCA group took 250 mg of Ursofalk twice a day. The clinical efficacy, changes of liver function indexes before and after treatment and stone recurrence were compared between the two groups.

Sulfasalazine and Stereotactic Radiosurgery for Recurrent Glioblastoma
GliomaGlioblastoma1 moreThis study evaluates the safety associated with the addition of sulfasalazine to stereotactic radiosurgery for recurrent glioblastoma. Sulfasalazine is a potential tumor selective radiosensitizer.

Hepatocarcinoma Recurrence on the Liver Study - Part2
Liver CancerSurgery2 moreRationale for the trial. To evaluate the impact of surgery on hepatocarcinoma recurrence. Thus, to evaluate the impact of different clinical, radiological, histopathological variables on recurrence after surgical treatment. The nature of this study will allow to observe, over time, the distribution of the considered collection variables, allowing a strictly observational monitoring of possible associations able to suggest models or interpretations, which can then be the basis for the construction of prospective and randomized studies.

PRP in Recurrent Implantation Failure
Recurrent Implantation FailureThe endometrial function and endometrial receptivity have been accepted to be major limiting factors in the establishment of pregnancy. In spite of improved almost all aspects of IVF: ovarian stimulation, embryo culture and transfer, the pregnancy rates still not satisfactory. The bottleneck is the process of implantation. Recurrent implantation failure (RIF) is one of the nightmares in reproductive medicine and despite several strategies that have been described for management; there is no universal agreement yet. Recently, intrauterine infusion of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is described to promote endometrial growth and receptivity, PRP has been investigated as a therapeutic approach for several medical disorders in dermatology and rheumatology, but its use in IVF is still limited. Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of intrauterine perfusion of autologous platelet-rich plasma in the improvement of pregnancy rate in RIF patients.

Topical 0.2% Loteprednol Etabonate vs. Topical 0.1% Dexamethasone in Impending Recurrent Pterygium...
Recurrent Pterygium of EyeSteroid-Induced GlaucomaThe objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of topical 0.2% loteprednol etabonate, a 'soft steroid', compared with topical 0.1% dexamethasone, which is widely used in postoperative pterygium excision to prevent the recurrence of pterygium. If 0.2% loteprednol etabonate is non-inferior in efficacy compared with 0.1% dexamethasone, it may be used postoperatively in pterygium excision patients with the benefit of a low incidence of ocular hypertension or secondary glaucoma.

The Comparative Assessment of Mycological Efficacy, Safety, Recurrence, and Cost-effectiveness of...
Pityriasis VersicolorThere are several topical treatment for Pityriasis Versicolor including ketoconazole and selenium sulfide. Ketoconazole is a broad spectrum anti-fungal drug from imidazole group that has been reported to be effective in PV. The study aimed to reveal the mycological efficacy, safety, recurrence and cost-effectiveness of selenium sulfide 1.8% shampoo (SeS2) and ketoconazole 2% shampoo in the treatment of pityriasis versicolor. A double blind randomized controlled trial was performed in patients with PV during September-December 2018. Patients who involved in this study were allocated to SeS2 or ketoconazole 2% based on block randomization. Physical examinations, scale provocation test, Wood lamp and potassium hydroxide (KOH) examination were conducted to evaluate the treatment response and side effects on 7th - 14th day. Intention to treat analysis was performed in this study. cost-effectiveness was analyzed by Incremental Cost-Effectiveness Ratio (ICER).
