Secondary objectives - to determine radiographic response including specialized MRI sequences, safety and overall survival of adult patients with with recurrent glioblastoma multiforme/gliosarcoma treated with bi-weekly temozolomide plus bevacizumab (Avastin). Additionally, tumor DNA (MGMT) analysis as it relates to survival will be evaluated.

Recurrent Respiratory PapillomatosisThis phase I single center open labeled study is planned to assess the safety and tolerability of bevacizumab for treating patients with bilateral Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis (RRP). Approximately 20 patients will receive bevacizumab directly injected into the vocal folds. Patients who enroll in the protocol will be injected with bevacizumab in one vocal fold that represents the more diseased of the two folds. A sham injection with saline will be administered to the other vocal fold as the control. This therapy will be administered once every 6 ± 1 week for 6 months, with the same vocal fold selected for the initial treatment always getting the drug injection. The investigator will also treat lesions by laser photoangiolysis of both vocal folds using the 532 nm potassium-titanyl-phosphate (KTP) laser.

Autologous stem cell transplantation uses the patient's stem cells and does not cause graft versus host disease (GVHD) and has a very low risk of death, while minimizing the number of cancer cells. Peripheral blood stem cell (PBSC) transplant uses stem cells from the patient or a donor and may be able to replace immune cells that were destroyed by chemotherapy. These donated stem cells may help destroy cancer cells. Bone marrow transplant known as a nonmyeloablative transplant uses stem cells from a haploidentical family donor. Autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplant followed by donor bone marrow transplant may work better in treating patients with high-risk Hodgkin lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, multiple myeloma, or chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

Temsirolimus may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, can block tumor growth in different ways. Some block the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Others find tumor cells and help kill them or carry tumor-killing substances to them. Bevacizumab may also stop the growth of cancer by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Giving temsirolimus together with bevacizumab may kill more tumor cells.
