This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of modified umbilical cord blood immune cells (natural killer [NK] cells) combined with the antibody AFM13 (AFM13-NK) and AFM13 alone in treating patients with CD30 positive Hodgkin lymphoma or non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back (recurrent) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as AFM13, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving AFM13 loaded with NK cells followed by AFM13 alone may kill more cancer cells and decrease cancer growth in patients with CD30 positive AFM13-NK Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin lymphomas.

This phase II LUNG-MAP treatment trial studies how well combination treatment (talazoparib plus avelumab) works in treating patients with non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has an STK11 gene mutation and has come back (recurrent) or is stage IV. Talazoparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as avelumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Immunotherapy drugs given as single therapies or in combination with chemotherapy do not appear to work as well in lung cancer cells with mutations in the STK11 gene versus those that do not have the mutation. Adding the medicine talazoparib to the immunotherapy drug avelumab may work better in treating lung cancers that have an STK11 gene mutation.

Study AG881-C-004 is a phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study comparing the efficacy of vorasidenib to placebo in participants with residual or recurrent Grade 2 glioma with an IDH1 or IDH2 mutation who have undergone surgery as their only treatment. Participants will be required to have central confirmation of IDH mutation status prior to randomization. Approximately 340 participants are planned to be randomized 1:1 to receive orally administered vorasidenib 40 mg QD or placebo.

This is a phase II open-label study investigating the efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetic(PK) properties of OKN-007 combined with temozolomide(TMZ) in patients with recurrent glioblastoma(GBM). All patients will have been previously treated with the standard-of-care treatment which includes surgical resection, radiation and chemotherapy, and in some cases treatment for recurrent disease. Patients with unequivocal recurrence (first or greater) established by MRI and meeting inclusion and exclusion criteria, will be eligible for OKN-007 treatment on this protocol.

Duvelisib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving duvelisib on an intermittent schedule may result in similar effectiveness with less amount of severe side effects.

This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well ulixertinib works in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body (advanced), non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders that have a genetic alteration (mutation) in a signaling pathway called MAPK. A signaling pathway consists of a group of molecules in a cell that control one or more cell functions. Genes in the MAPK pathway are frequently mutated in many types of cancers. Ulixertinib may stop the growth of cancer cells that have mutations in the MAPK pathway.

This phase I/II trial studies the effect of DS-1594b with or without azacitidine, venetoclax, or mini-HCVD in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia or acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back (recurrent) or not responded to treatment (refractory). Chemotherapy drugs, such as azacitidine, venetoclax, and mini-HCVD, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. DS-1594b may inhibit specific protein bindings that cause blood cancer. Giving DS-1594b, azacitidine, and venetoclax, or mini-HCVD may work better in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia or acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
