Recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) is a common pregnancy complication in women of reproductive age and the cause of RSA remains largely unclear. Acupuncture is widely used in clinical practice to treat infertility and abortion. The role of acupuncture in the treatment of infertility is still unclear. The investigators conducted a randomized, prospective, controlled clinical trial to investigate its potential impact on pregnancy outcome. Herein, the investigators not only evaluated the changes in patients' psychological stress before and after treatment but also followed up on pregnancy outcomes. In addition, changes in uterine artery blood flow were observed by ultrasound. Changes in coagulation-related indicators were also detected.

Targeted therapy in the treatment of breast cancer targets HER2 receptor (Human Epidermal growth factor Receptor). HER2 receptor plays an important role in cell growth and differentiation (5). However, when HER2 overexpresses, it may lead to cancer. HER2 positive malignance exacerbates pathology and worsens clinical outcome, such as shortened overall survival (OS) compared with non-HER2 overexpression patients (6), (7). About 20-30% overexpression HER2/neogene breast cancer patients and patients having HER2 overexpression tumor have disease progression and poor prognosis in metastatic process (8), (9). Currently, targeted therapeutic, which attaches to the HER2 receptor, inhibiting the growth of cancer cells has been approved. One of these products is Trastuzumab. The study processed on 128 females aged between 18 and 65, recurrent or metastatic breast cancer patients with positive HER2. The subjects were randomly distributed in 2 groups as NNG-TMAB + docetaxel or Herceptin® + docetaxel, in blocks of 4 in a 1: 1 ratio (NNG-TMAB: Herceptin®). In each block of 4 will be 2 patients in the experimental group and 2 patients in the control group Primany endpoints is Overall Response Rate (ORR) according to RECIST 1.1. ORR includes Complete Response Rate and Partial Response Rate. ORR will be independently evaluated by an Independent Tumor Evaluation Board (ITEB). This trial is intended to assess the biosimilarity of efficacy and safety between NNG-TMAB (Trastuzumab) and Herceptin® in combination with Docetaxel on recurrent or metastatic breast cancer patients with positive HER2.

Aim: to observe the graft versus tumor effect of Pegylated Interferonα-2b in patients with hematological malignancies relapsed after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHSCT) Patients: patients relapsed after alloHSCT, men and women aged 14-60 years, without vital organ dysfunction or ongoing graft-verus-host disease (GVHD). Number of subjects: 50, Single center, one group, prospective. Drug: pegylated interferon alpha-2b (Peg Intron®; Schering-Plough) 1~1.5ug/kg qw, until occurrence of grade II or higher grade of acute GVHD, or no response to treatment after 8 doses of treatments.

The Phase 2 part of the study is conducted to assess the objective response rate (ORR) and duration of response (DOR) of eribulin mesilate in combination with irinotecan hydrochloride in pediatric participants with relapsed/refractory rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS), non-rhabdomyosarcoma soft tissue sarcoma (NRSTS) and ewing sarcoma (EWS).

Recurrent and Refractory Solid Tumors

Phase 1 of this study, utilizing a rolling 6 design, will be conducted to determine a maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D), and to describe the toxicities of lenvatinib administered in combination with everolimus once daily to pediatric participants with recurrent/refractory solid tumors. Phase 2, utilizing Simon's optimal 2-stage design, will be conducted to estimate the antitumor activity of lenvatinib in combination with everolimus in pediatric participants with selected recurrent/refractory solid tumors including Ewing sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, and high grade glioma (HGG) using objective response rate (ORR) at Week 16 as the outcome measure.

This phase I trial studies the safety and best dose of anti-LAG-3 (anti-LAG-3 monoclonal antibody BMS-986016) or urelumab alone and in combination with nivolumab in treating patients with glioblastoma that has returned (recurrent). Anti-LAG-3 monoclonal antibody BMS-986016, urelumab, and nivolumab are antibodies (a type of protein) that may stimulate the cells in the immune system to attack tumor cells. It is not yet known whether anti-LAG-3 monoclonal antibody BMS-986016 or urelumab alone or in combination with nivolumab may kill more tumor cells. (The Anti-CD137 antibody (BMS-663513 - urelumab) treatment arm closed by BMS on 10/16/18 due to closure of BMS Urelumab development program. Subjects currently on treatment may continue.)
