The goal of this observational study is to evaluate the effect of frailty on blood biology indicators, quality of life and survival of patients with radical prostatectomy. The main questions it aims to answer are: Evaluate the impact of frailty on the blood biological indicators, quality of life and survival of patients with radical prostatectomy, specifically. Describe the longitudinal changes in the quality of life of patients with radical prostatectomy. Participants will be divided into frail group or non-frail group based on frailty assessment. Researchers will compare the two groups to see the impact of frailty on the blood biological indicators, quality of life and survival.

Abiraterone acetate is an orally effective CYP17 inhibitor, which is metabolized into abiraterone in the body, and its inhibitory activity against CYP17 is 10-30 times that of ketoconazole. Clinical studies have shown that abiraterone acetate can significantly reduce the level of prostate specific antigen (PSA) in PCa patients, and help to reduce tumors, extending the lifespan of patients with advanced PCa for several years, and the toxicity is acceptable.

The purpose of this research study is to collect information on a new treatment of prostate tissue participants with intermediate risk prostate cancer using a medical device called the Poseidon System. The Poseidon System is intended to ablate prostate tissue in areas of the prostate where cancer has been identified. The medical device delivers thermal energy in the form of water vapor to the prostate tissue through the urethra. Previous research has shown successful prostate tissue ablation. Additional research may help show successful ablation of the prostate tissue where cancer is located.

The purpose of this phase I/Ib study is to determine the safety profile of Epidiolex (CBD oil) in biochemically recurrent prostate cancer patients. The study consists of a dose escalation part and dose expansion part. The dose expansion part of the study will use the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) determined in the dose escalation part to assess the activity, safety and tolerability of the investigational product in patients with biochemically recurrent prostate cancer after localized therapy with either surgery or radiation.

Patients with metastatic prostate cancer can undergo MRI-guided prostate Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) without significant adverse events, similar to what has been reported for patients with localized prostate cancer. We hypothesize that prostate SBRT will be well-tolerated in metastatic prostate cancer patients, with quality of life outcomes similar to what has been reported in non-metastatic prostate cancer patients.
