Acute Myeloid LeukemiaMyelodysplastic Syndrome1 more

This phase II trial studies how well isavuconazole works in preventing invasive fungal infections in adult patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome and neutropenia. Isavuconazole may help to prevent invasive fungal infections in adult patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome and neutropenia.

ENDURE - Efficacy and Safety of AOP2014 With CML Patients in Remission

Chronic Myeloid Leukemia in Remission

A randomized, open-label assessor blinded, multi-center, controlled phase III Trial to evaluate the efficacy of AOP2014 administered bi-weekly subcutaneously (s.c.) in preventing molecular relapse (loss of MMR) in CML patients, who discontinue ABL tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy (TKI) in deep molecular remission of MR4 or better (MR4.5, or MR5).

Phase 0- Pilot Study of Pembrolizumab on Immune Cells in Patient With Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia...

Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia

This is an open label, single-arm, pilot trial to evaluate the immune effects, safety and tolerability of pembrolizumab in subjects newly diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who have persistent leukemia after induction chemotherapy. Patients must have an ECOG performance status of 0-1. The enrollment target for this study is 10 patients.

Daratumumab, Bortezomib, Dexamethasone, Pegylated Liposomal Doxorubicin Hydrochloride, and Lenalidomide...

Plasma Cell Leukemia

This phase I trial studies side effects of daratumumab, bortezomib, dexamethasone, pegylated liposomal doxorubicin hydrochloride, and lenalidomide in treating participants with plasma cell leukemia. Monoclonal antibodies, such as daratumumab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Bortezomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as, dexamethasone, pegylated liposomal doxorubicin hydrochloride, and lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving daratumumab, bortezomib, dexamethasone, pegylated liposomal doxorubicin hydrochloride, and lenalidomide in treating participants with plasma cell leukemia.

Tisagenlecleucel vs Blinatumomab or Inotuzumab for Patients With Relapsed/Refractory B-cell Precursor...

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

This trial aims to compare the benefits and risks of tisagenlecleucel to blinatumomab or inotuzumab in adult patients with relapsed or refractory ALL. This trial investigates tisagenlecleucel as an additional treatment option for this patient population with high unmet medical need.

Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaRefractory Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma

This phase I/Ib trial studies the best dose and side effects of trabectedin and venetoclax in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma that is resistant or intolerant to a BTK inhibitor. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as trabectedin and venetoclax, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.

Ibrutinib and Venetoclax in Treating Patients With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia After Ibrutinib...

Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaLoss of Chromosome 17p

This phase II trial studies how well the combination of ibrutinib and venetoclax works in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia whose cancer has stopped responding to ibrutinib alone. Both ibrutinib and venetoclax may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving ibrutinib and venetoclax together after development of ibrutinib resistance may work better than discontinuing ibrutinib and switching to other chemotherapy drugs.

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

This is a Phase I, single-center, open label, prospective, single-arm, dose-escalation and multi-dose study evaluating the use of ibrutinib in combination with dasatinib and prednisone therapy.
