Study of Vosaroxin With Azacitidine in Patients With Newly Diagnosed Acute Myeloid Leukemia or Myelodysplastic...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaMyelodysplastic Syndrome With Excess Blasts-2 (MDS-EB-2)The main part of this trial is a phase II study of vosaroxin with azacitidine in older patients with newly diagnosed AML and intermediate or adverse genetic risk or MDS-EB-2. An initial safety run-in phase of the study will be performed administering the study drug vosaroxin with azacitidine in up to 18 patients. After completion of the run-in phase, toxicity and response data will be provided to the external Data and Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) and the Trial Committee by the Coordinating Investigator. The Trial Committee will decide on the basis of these data and the recommendation of the DSMB on dose modification and the vosaroxin dose for the phase II part of the study, which will include 150 patients in total.

A Study of Midostaurin Efficacy and Safety in Newly Diagnosed Patients With FLT3-mutated AML
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaThis study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of midostaurin in combination with daunorubicin/cytarabine induction, high dose cytarabine consolidation and midostaurin single agent continuation therapy in newly diagnosed patients with FLT3-mutated acute myeloid leukemia (AML).

FoxO3a and PU.1 in Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaAcute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) is one of the four major types of leukemia which is common in both children and adolescents; however, it is the most common pediatric malignancy diagnosed in children younger than 20 years .The disease pathogenesis results from blockade at any stages of normal lymphoid differentiation with uncontrolled proliferation of lymphoid cells. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) definition, ALL is categorized in B-Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL) And T-Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-ALL), originated from B- and T-Lineage lymphoid precursor cells, respectively.

A Phase 1b Master Trial to Investigate CPX-351 in Subjects With Previously Untreated Acute Myeloid...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaJZP025-101 is an open-label, multicenter, multi-arm, nonrandomized phase 1b master trial to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of CPX-351 when administered in combination with various targeted agents in previously untreated subjects with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) who are fit to receive intensive chemotherapy (ICT). Subjects will be assigned to treatment arms based on results of AML mutation testing.

Cefepime vs Ceftazidime as Empirical Therapy for Neutropenic Fever
NeutropeniaFebrile3 moreEmpirical antibiotic therapy has been known to reduce the mortality and morbidity rate in neutropenic fever. Until now, ceftazidime was the first line choice of neutropenic fever. However, resistance against ceftazidime has been reported. Several countries have reported cefepime in reducing fever and shorten the length of hospitalization better than ceftazidime. This study is aimed to compare the effectivity of ceftazidime and cefepime to reduce fever and to increase the absolute neutrophils count (ANC) in the first 72 hours.

OX40, Venetoclax, Avelumab, Glasdegib, Gemtuzumab Ozogamicin, and Azacitidine in Relapsed or Refractory...
Recurrent Acute Myeloid LeukemiaRefractory Acute Myeloid LeukemiaThis phase Ib/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of anti-OX40 antibody PF-04518600 (OX40) and how well it works alone or in combination with venetoclax, avelumab, glasdegib, gemtuzumab ozogamicin, and azacitidine in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia that has come back or does not respond to treatment. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as OX40, avelumab, and gemtuzumab ozogamicin, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Glasdegib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as venetoclax and azacitidine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving OX40, venetoclax, avelumab, glasdegib, gemtuzumab ozogamicin, and azacitidine may work better in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia.

Nivolumab and Oral Cyclophosphamide for R/R AML and HIgh Risk MDS
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaHigher Risk Myelodysplastic SyndromeThis is a phase II trial of nivolumab and low dose cyclophosphamide (CTX) when given in combination to patients with relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and higher-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) who are not eligible for or decline hematopoietic stem cell transplant. It includes a randomized pilot sub-study during stage 1.

Pevonedistat and Low Dose Cytarabine in Adult Patients With AML and MDS
Acute Myelogenous LeukemiaAML2 moreThe investigators hypothesize that the combination of Pevonedistat/Low-Dose Cytarabine (LDAC) therapy will be tolerable, that a recommended phase 2 dose of Pevonedistat in combination with LDAC will be identified, and that the combination therapy will show evidence of clinical activity in adult patients with Relapsed/Refractory Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML) and Advanced Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS).

Trial of AB-110 in Adults With Hematologic Malignancies Undergoing Cord Blood Transplantation
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAcute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Remission2 moreA phase 1b, open label, multi-center trial of AB-110 in adults with hematologic malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), and myelodysplasia (MDS) undergoing cord blood transplantation. Subjects will receive unmanipulated cord blood (UCB) and AB-110 expanded CD34 enriched hematopoietic progenitor cells (HSPC).

A Study of Venetoclax in Combination With Navitoclax and Chemotherapy in Subjects With Relapsed/Refractory...
Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)Lymphoblastic LymphomaThis dose-escalating study is to determine the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of venetoclax in combination with navitoclax and chemotherapy in adult and pediatric participants with relapsed/refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or relapsed/refractory lymphoblastic lymphoma. A safety expansion cohort of approximately 20 patients may be enrolled in addition to the 50 participants in dose-escalation cohort.
