Nilotinib in PH+, BCR-, ABL+ CML Patients
Chronic Myeloid LeukemiaThis study is an open-label, multicentric, phase IIIb study of NILOTINIB administered orally twice daily for 24 months and indefinitely if it is in the interest of the patient. The primary objective of the trial is to evaluate the efficacy of nilotinib, 300 mg twice daily with dose increase to 400 mg twice daily in case of suboptimal response or failure (excluding patients who will fail for progression to ABP), in a population of patients with Ph-positive, BCR-ABL positive CML in early CP.

VIDAZA-DLI Pre-emptive Azacitidine and Donor Lymphocyte Infusions Following Allogeneic Hematopoietic...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaMyelodysplastic SyndromePatients included in the study with high risk acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome as defined will receive an allogeneic transplantation conditioned by either myeloablative or reduced regimen. Following allogeneic transplantation, patients will receive a maintenance regimen combining chemotherapy with azacitidine (aza) and immunotherapy with donor lymphocyte infusion.

A Phase 3 Study Comparing Dinaciclib Versus Ofatumumab in Patients With Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic...
Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)This study is being conducted to demonstrate the superiority in progression-free survival (PFS) of dinaciclib compared to ofatumumab in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) participants with del 17p or in the overall population who are refractory to either fludarabine treatment or chemoimmunotherapy.

A Trial of Temsirolimus With Etoposide and Cyclophosphamide in Children With Relapsed Acute Lymphoblastic...
Lymphoblastic LeukemiaAcute3 moreThis is a phase I study of temsirolimus (Torisel) combined with dexamethasone, cyclophosphamide and etoposide in patients with relapsed acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), lymphoblastic lymphoma (LL) or peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTL).

Safety and Efficacy Study of PRI-724 in Subjects With Advanced Myeloid Malignancies
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaChronic Myeloid LeukemiaPRI-724 is a new investigational drug being studied to treat subjects with cancer who have advanced myeloid malignancies. PRI-724 is thought to work by blocking the Wnt signaling pathway that cancer cells need to grow and spread (metastasize).

Open Label Study to Evaluate Safety and Efficacy of 2 Doses of Quizartinib in Patients With Relapsed...
LeukemiaMyeloid1 moreThis study will evaluate two doses of Quizartinib in patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia who are also FMS-like tyrosine kinase - internal tandem duplication ( FLT3-ITD) positive. Patient will be randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to one of two treatment arms. Both treatment arms will receive Quizartinib but at different doses. The study treatment is taken orally in 28 day cycles until either disease progression occurs or an unacceptable toxicity occurs. In addition to the study assessments to evaluate the disease, blood will be drawn to measure drug levels and biomarkers. Patients will be followed for survival at three month intervals after the end of treatment.

Study of Dasatinib vs Imatinib in Patients With Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) Who Did Not Have...
Chronic Phase Chronic Myeloid LeukemiaThe purpose of this study is to test the hypothesis that patients with CML who have not achieved optimal response after 3 months of treatment with imatinib will have a better response by switching to dasatinib compared to staying on their original imatinib regimen.

Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaSmall Lymphocytic LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to examine the safety and efficacy of Ibrutinib administered in combination with bendamustine and rituximab in patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL).

DC Vaccination for Postremission Therapy in AML
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaThe aim of this study is to determine the feasibility and safety of an autologous DC immunotherapy in patients with AML of non-favorable risk profile.

Dose Adjusted EPOCH Regimen in Combination With Ofatumumab or Rituximab in Treating Patients With...
AIDS-Related Burkitt LymphomaAtypical Burkitt/Burkitt-Like Lymphoma8 moreThis phase II trial studies how well a dose adjusted regimen consisting of etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride (EPOCH) works in combination with ofatumumab or rituximab in treating patients with Burkitt lymphoma that is newly diagnosed, or has returned after a period of improvement (relapsed), or has not responded to previous treatment (refractory) or relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Monoclonal antibodies, such as ofatumumab and rituximab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) together with monoclonal antibody therapy may kill more cancer cells.
