Vaccine Therapy and Basiliximab in Treating Patients With Acute Myeloid Leukemia in Complete Remission...
Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia in RemissionAdult Acute Myeloid Leukemia With 11q23 (MLL) Abnormalities5 moreThis randomized phase I trial studies the side effects and best way to give vaccine therapy together with basiliximab in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in complete remission. Vaccines made from the WT1 peptide may help the body build an effective immune response to kill cancer cells. Montanide ISA 51 VG and poly-ICLC may enhance this response. Monoclonal antibodies, such as basiliximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. It is not yet known whether WT1 126-134 peptide vaccine with Montanide ISA 51 VG is more effective than with poly-ICLC when given together with basiliximab in treating AML

Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaSmall Lymphocytic LymphomaA Phase 3 clinical trial to examine the efficacy of duvelisib monotherapy versus ofatumumab monotherapy in subjects with relapsed or refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL).

A Phase 1B Study to Investigate the Safety and Preliminary Efficacy for the Combination of Dasatinib...
Chronic Myeloid LeukemiaThe purpose of this study is to find a dose of Nivolumab that can be safely added to Dasatinib in patients with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia.

Treatment of Hairy Cell Leukaemia Variant and Relapsing Hairy Cell Leukaemia With Cladribine Plus...
Hairy Cell Leukemia (HCL)The study will test the effectiveness (rate of complete remissions, total remission rate and duration of remission) and toxicity of the combined immuno/chemotherapy with subcutaneous cladribine (LITAK®) plus anti-CD20* antibody rituximab in patients requiring treatment for relapsed hairy cell leukaemia or hairy cell leukaemia variant independent of any previous therapy. CD20* = cluster of differentiation antigen 20

Ruxolitinib Phosphate and Decitabine in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory or Post Myeloproliferative...
Blasts More Than 20 Percent of Bone Marrow Nucleated CellsBlasts More Than 20 Percent of Peripheral Blood White Cells3 moreThis phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of ruxolitinib phosphate when given together with decitabine and to see how well they work in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia that has come back or is not responding to treatment, or has developed from a type of bone marrow diseases called myeloproliferative neoplasms. Ruxolitinib phosphate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as decitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving ruxolitinib phosphate together with decitabine may be an effective treatment for acute myeloid leukemia.

Pilot Study of Feasibility of Outpatient Daily High Dose Cytarabine as Consolidation Therapy for...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaHigh-dose cytarabine (HiDAC) is considered a standard chemotherapy treatment for patients with acute myeloid leukemia. However, most patients receiving this therapy are required to be admitted to the hospital during their treatment course. The purpose of this study is to compare the safety and cost of high-dose cytarabine treatment given in an in-patient setting versus an out-patient setting.

Use of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to Improve Umbilical Cord Blood Stem Cell Homing and Subsequent...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAcute Lymphoblastic Leukemia3 moreBy doing this study, researchers hope to learn the following: If providing hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy prior to an umbilical cord blood (UBC) transplant will help to improve the homing process The safety of HBO administration in the setting of the UBC transplant The effects of HBO therapy on the engraftment process

Guadecitabine With or Without Idarubicin or Cladribine in Treating Older Patients With Previously...
Untreated Adult Acute Myeloid LeukemiaThis randomized phase II trial studies how well guadecitabine with or without idarubicin or cladribine works in treating older patients with previously untreated acute myeloid leukemia. Guadecitabine may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as idarubicin and cladribine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether guadecitabine with or without idarubicin or cladribine is more effective in treating older patients with previously untreated acute myeloid leukemia.
