Hepatitis CChronicThis is a Phase IV, open-label, multi-center study to evaluate the real world sustained virological response rate, subject adherence, and subject reported outcomes during and after treatment of non-cirrhotic genotype 1 chronic hepatitis C subjects aged 18 years and older, with VIEKIRA PAK (ombitasvir, paritaprevir/r, dasabuvir), with or without RBV (ribavirin).

Hepatitis C Virus (HCV)This is a study to evaluate ABT 450/r/ABT-267 and ABT-333 in treatment-naïve and treatment-experienced Asian adults with subgenotype 1b chronic HCV without cirrhosis.

Implementation of a Sexual Health Intervention for Young Men Who Have Sex With Men (MSM) in Two...
HIVChlamydia3 moreThis study seeks to implement a sexual health promotion intervention for male sex workers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The study hypothesis is that this intervention will increase testing, treatment and vaccination for sexually transmitted infections, including intentions of participants to engage in these services beyond the conclusion of the intervention. At the community level, the study hypothesis is that male sex workers will be more aware of sexual health care and more likely to access these services in the future.

Sofosbuvir, Daclatasvir, Ribavirin for Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) Cirrhotics
Hepatitis CCirrhosisThe investigators will treat 100 patients with cirrhosis due to hepatitis C with sofosbuvir 400 mg daily, daclatasvir 60 mg daily and weight-based ribavirin (1000 mg/d if <75 kg, 1200 mg/d if >75 kg, divided in two daily doses) for 12 weeks and calculate the sustained viral response rate at 12 weeks.

DAAs Treatment for Chronic HCV/HBV Co-infection Patients(DASCO)
Chronic Hepatitis C InfectionHBV Coinfection1 moreThis is a prospective study to determine the incidence, morbidity, mortality and predisposing factors for the reactivation of hepatitis B virus replication during direct anti-HCV treatment of HCV/HBV co-infection patients.

Ledipasvir/Sofosbuvir Fixed-Dose Combination + Ribavirin in Subjects With Chronic HCV With Advanced...
Chronic HCV InfectionThis study will evaluate ledipasvir/sofosbuvir (LDV/SOF) fixed-dose combination (FDC) plus ribavirin (RBV) in participants with advanced liver disease or posttransplant and chronic genotype 1 or 4 hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Cohort A: decompensated cirrhosis (advanced liver disease), no prior liver transplant; Cohort B: post-liver transplant, with or without cirrhosis; Group assignment within cohorts is based on severity of liver impairment at screening (Child-Pugh-Turcotte (CPT) score for participants with cirrhosis; fibrosis; or presence of disease for fibrosing cholestatic hepatitis (FCH) groups) Randomization is 1:1 within groups to 12 or 24 weeks of LDV/SOF+RBV treatment.

Single Dose Pharmacokinetics of Suboxone Study in Hepatic Impaired Subjects
Hepatic FailureHepatic Impairment1 moreThe objective was to determine if hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection or mild to severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Classes A, B, and C) altered the PK of buprenorphine, norbuprenorphine, or naloxone.

HCV Seek, Test and Rapid Treatment for Young PWID
Hepatitis CDrug UseThe purpose of this randomized study is to determine whether a community-based test and treat model of hepatitis C (HCV) care delivery will be superior to the usual care practice of referral to specialist clinics for the outcomes of sustained virologic response at 12 weeks after treatment and initiation of HCV treatment for persons who inject drugs (PWID) between ages 18 and 29 who are naïve to HCV treatment

Hepatitis C Virus(HCV) Heart and Lung Study
Hepatitis CChronic5 moreThis is a multicenter study in Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) infected adult patients who also have advanced cardiac disease or advanced lung disease.

A Study Evaluating Slow Response/Non-Rapid Response in Patients With Chronic Hepatitis C, Genotype...
Hepatitis CChronicThis multi-center study will evaluate the viral response in patients with chronic hepatitis C, genotype 1, 2, 3 & 4 on standard anti-viral treatment with Pegasys (peginterferon alfa-2a) and Copegus (ribavirin). Patients will receive weekly subcutaneous Pegasys plus daily oral Copegus for 24 weeks (genotype 2 & 3) or 48 weeks (genotype 1 & 4). Patients identified as slow responders/non-rapid virological responders will be eligible for an additional 24 weeks of treatment.
